I was referred by a family member to come to Jenna Auto. I live north of grand rapids and I came down to get my 2016 equinox fixed. They gave me a great deal on the work that they done tires oil change and more. They also gave me pointers and showed me things on my car since I do not know car stuff. Very trustworthy and I will drive the few hours to come to them again.

Update: Exactly 3 years later, I'm back. My van was totaled, so I needed a new vehicle. I saw that they had a 2015 Toyota in the same color as my last van, so I went to check it out. I'm going to say it again, when I say they go above and beyond, I mean it. They treat you like family. All you have to do is ask, and they will try to take care of it. Remember, they can only do so much, so get the warranty because you are buying an as-is vehicle. My hubby and I just bought a 2011 Grand Caravan from them. I spent months looking for a car and I'm very picky. I had just about given up when I saw this van. When I say this place is awesome, I mean it. We were seriously treated like family. He had just ordered food and bought us food also. I felt so comfortable with them. This will be our go-to place for a car from now on. We never felt pressured and were able to talk to them like we were best friends. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for buying your next car. I don't usually write reviews unless it's worth it, and they are truly worth it.

I bought a 20 year old car from them. I was expecting a few issues and found a few. I had mentioned to them that I was going to take it to get it fixed. They said and I quote. We sold you the car, we'll make it right. And make it right they did. I am very happy with my experience and their going the extra mile! I will definitely deal with them again.
